MeriDee McArthur, PMHNP-BC

MeriDee McArthur is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, born and raised in the Sandhills of Nebraska.  MeriDee got her start as a Corpsmen in the United States Navy. She went on to complete her ADN at Oglala Lakota College in Kyle, South Dakota, and BSN at the University of Alabama at Birmingham ( UAB).

She has worked as a nurse in ER, Surgery, cardiac rehab, med-surg, intensive care telemetry and behavioral/med-surg care coordination roles. She moved to Georgia in 2013 and completed her MSN at UAB in 2015. She has been performing outpatient psychiatric care the last 6 years at a private clinic.

In her free time, MeriDee enjoys manicuring her hobby farm, tending to her chickens, watching her son and spouse fish, watching Husker football, traveling, and spending time with family.
